DDA Delhi Development Authority, or DDA, was introduced in 1957 to develop Delhi in a balanced and systematic way. It is a statutory body responsible for planning and executing various land-related projects. To meet the growing housing demand, DDA has launched various affordable housing schemes that citizens can apply for according to their budgets.

For EWS and LIG categories, for loans of up to INR 6 lakh, there is an upfront subsidy of 6.5% p.a. on interest. For the MIG-1 category, for loans of up to INR 5 lakh, an upfront subsidy of 4% p.a. on interest. Whether it is a 60 Lakh Home Loan EMI or an 80 Lakh Home Loan EMI, the same can be calculated using an EMI calculator under the PMAY Scheme.
